By entering the “AV8 Prep Sweepstakes” (the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of AV8 Prep, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted starting January 1st, 2025 and ending on May 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (the "Sweepstakes Period").

How to Enter

Enter by submitting your information on the official Sweepstakes entry form linked on the AV8 Prep Facebook page or other designated platforms. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Prizes

Three levels of prizes will be awarded:

Grand Prize (1 Winner): "The Ultimate Gift of Aviation" bundle, including aviation training courses and ebooks, valued at $1,997.

First Prize (1 Winner): A BOSE A30 Aviation Headset, valued at approximately $1,299.

Second Prize (1 Winner): One free flight lesson at any flight school of the winner’s choosing, valued up to $300.

Third Prize (7 Winners): $200 off AV8 Prep purchases, not to exceed the value of the product.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at the sole discretion of AV8 Prep. AV8 Prep reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place after June 1, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Winners must respond to the notification email within 30 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to allow AV8 Prep to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

AV8 Prep reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AV8 Prep, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. AV8 Prep is not responsible for technical errors, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any other errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Privacy

Entrants’ personal information collected as part of the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with AV8 Prep’s privacy policy, available at https://www.av8prep.com/privacypolicy

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be resolved in the courts located in State of Florida.
